Taavod (Moshe Karmon, sole proprietor, Israel) provides business automation and automated messaging services on the WhatsApp Business Platform for businesses in Israel.

Information we collect

When a user messages a WhatsApp number we operate (for ourselves or for a business client), we receive and store the sender's phone number, the content of messages sent and received, and technical delivery metadata (such as delivery and read receipts) provided by Meta.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: automated replies, scheduling and reminders, handing the conversation to a human agent when needed, and improving answer quality. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Messages are transmitted via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under Meta's terms and privacy policy. Where the service is operated for a business client, relevant conversation content is shared with that business for follow-up.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored on secured servers in the EU. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time using the contact details below; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Opt-out

Reply "הסר" (remove) in the WhatsApp conversation at any time to stop receiving messages.
